EXHIBITION: “REFLECTIONS” by Martin Baker

Dublin-based photographer Martin Baker concentrates in his solo show on the interaction of the natural elements with the subject of a photo. Water, wind, clouds and light all play an important role in Martin’s images. Everything depends on and is influenced by everything else.His photos show his love for water and the reflection of the surroundings on its still surface.

The world’s reflection in still water can result in beautiful patterns and symmetries which will never be repeated and which Martin never tires of exploring and capturing in his photos, giving him an enhanced spatial awareness and a reminder of our small, yet amazing place in a large, and as yet mostly unknown, universe.
